Online payments are securely processed through Razorpay. We do not store any card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.

Your data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or for payment processing.

• All online payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
• In case of failed transactions, the amount will be governed by the bank or payment gateway.
• The organizers are not responsible for payment gateway or network issues.
• Payment confirmation emails may take a few minutes to be delivered.

Razorpay complies with RBI guidelines for online payments.

• Registration fees once paid are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be provided for non-attendance.
• Workshop fees, if any, are also non-refundable.
• If the event is cancelled by the organizers, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
